I've checked your account and from what I can see you haven't actually set up a Plusnet e-mail address which is why you're unable to login. I can't seem to add a plusnet email account to the Windows 10 mail app. They have an email setup guide for the windows 8 mail app but not for Windows 10, I tried to use those settings but I couldn't see a place to put the server port numbers.
